1. Acceptance

By using the Wanasa app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part, you must stop using the app immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the app
• You must be in one of the supported countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, or Iraq
• There must be no active previous ban on your device

3. Your Account

• Your account is fully anonymous and linked to a unique anonymous identifier
• You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account
• Gender is locked after initial registration and cannot be changed
• You can edit your nickname, interests, and country at any time
• You can delete your account from Settings — all data is wiped immediately

4. Acceptable Conduct

You must abide by the following:

• Respect other users and do not harass or abuse them
• Do not post sexual, violent, or racist content
• Do not impersonate another person
• Do not use the app for advertising or commercial purposes
• Do not attempt to bypass safety or ban systems
• Do not send harmful content or suspicious links
• Do not share sensitive personal information with strangers

5. Karma System & Penalties

• Every user starts with 50 karma out of 100
• Positive behavior raises karma: accepting friend request (+5), good conversation (+3)
• Reports lower karma (-10 per report)
• 5 reports = automatic 48-hour ban tied to the device
• Creating a new account on the same device does not lift the ban

6. Coins System & Purchases

• 50 free coins once per device
• Coins are tied to the device, not the account — they remain even if the account is deleted
• Purchases are processed via Apple Pay or Google Pay through RevenueCat
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except according to store policy

7. Intellectual Property

All app rights are reserved, including design, logo, source code, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for content posted by users or any damages resulting from using the app. We do our best to provide a safe environment but cannot guarantee it absolutely.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you. Continued use means your agreement.
