Our Commitment

Protecting children and minors is the highest priority at Wanasa. We follow an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any content that exploits or harms children.

Our Preventive Measures

• Age verification: The app is available only to users aged 18 and over. Verification happens at registration through a mandatory age gate.
• Content filtering: Smart filter for inappropriate words and content in both Arabic and English.
• Reporting system: 6 report categories available with automatic ban after 5 reports.
• Screenshot prevention: Additional protection during conversations.
• Photos & audio for friends only: Sending photos and voice messages is available only after mutual friend acceptance.

Reporting Harmful Content

If you encounter any content that exploits or endangers children:

• Use the "Report" button inside the app immediately
• Send a detailed report to: childsafety@wanasa.club

Our Actions Upon Detecting Violations

• Delete violating content immediately
• Permanently ban the account and device
• Report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
• Full cooperation with competent security and judicial authorities
• Retain necessary evidence for investigations
